Mekala DDr. Praveen Ravishankaran is an exceptional excellent Robotic surgeon who provides compassionate care and expertise. He is expert in open surgery too, which was proven in my husband's surgery who has multiple co-morbiditis. His friendly approach allows us to discuss the condition better. We always feel welcomed and respected. His professionalism and knowledge instilled confidence in me in deciding and treating my husband who has ampullary growth diagnosed 2 weeks before the surgery. He was undergone Whipples procedure with the risk of high blood sugar, high bilirubin, HTN, CVA, post CABG, Seizure disorder, and Obese. The surgery was a major, high risk surgery which undergoes for about 7 to 8 hours. I would like to thank Dr. Soundaravalli mam and her anesthetic team, also the operation theatre team. After the surgery, the care given by Dr. Praveen and this team in post operative ward is commendable. Dr. Praveen is more concerned about my husbands speedy recovery by giving him utmost care in ward 27 and till discharge. I would also like to thank Dr. Srinivasan, Dr. Karthik, Dr. Arun for supporting him in surgery. I would like to thank the Nursing team, Dietary team, Diabetic educator, PRO team, Kitchen service, Housekeeping team.
